HOLM* Fine Line Workshop Series X LH
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop participants using a payment plan via Klarna, Clearpay, or any other third-party provider.
By choosing to pay via a payment plan, you agree to the following:
1. Prepayment Requirement
- A non-refundable prepayment (deposit or first installment) is required to secure your spot on the workshop.
- The full prepayment must be completed before the course start date.
- Failure to complete prepayment in time may result in your place being forfeited, with no guarantee of refund.
2. Third-Party Finance Responsibility
- Klarna and Clearpay are independent payment providers.
- It is your responsibility to:
- Ensure you understand their payment schedule and terms.
- Make all payments on time through your chosen provider.
- HOLM* and its affiliates are not responsible for any missed payments, declined transactions, or issues between you and the finance provider.
3. Refunds
- No refunds will be given for payments made through Klarna or Clearpay, including any deposits or completed installment plans.
- If you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness, a reschedule may be considered, but this is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the workshop director.
- Any decision to reschedule does not affect the non-refundable status of your payment.
4. Missed or Late Payments
- If you miss a scheduled payment, your place in the workshop may be revoked without notice.
- You may not attend the workshop unless all required payments have been successfully made in advance.
5. Non-Transferability
- Payment plans and workshop bookings are non-transferable.
- You cannot sell or pass your place to another person.
6. Agreement
By selecting a payment plan and submitting your deposit, you confirm that:
- You agree to these Payment Terms & Conditions.
- You understand that failure to meet payment obligations will result in cancellation without refund.
- You acknowledge that you are entering a financial agreement separate from HOLM*, and you are fully responsible for completing that agreement in accordance with Klarna’s or Clearpay’s terms.
